These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the App. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1) About the App
1.1 The App is an invoicing tool for traders, small businesses, and freelancers. It allows you to create, store, and share invoices.
1.2 No payment services. The App does not take, accept, process, hold, transmit, or facilitate payments. We are not a bank, payment processor, money service business, or financial institution.
1.3 Not professional advice. The App does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or compliance advice. You are responsible for ensuring your invoices and business practices comply with applicable laws and regulations (including VAT/tax rules where relevant).
2) Eligibility and account
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
2.2 Login required. Use of the App requires authentication. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
2.3 You are responsible for all activity on your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and login details. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
3) Plans, tiers, and limits
3.1 The App is offered under subscription tiers (“Plans”):
Free: create up to 3 invoices (trial usage).
Basic: create up to 200 invoices per billing month.
Pro: includes backup/sync to support restore and use across devices (and any other features shown in-app at purchase).
3.2 Plan pricing, features, and limits are shown in-app and/or on the purchase screen and form part of these Terms.
3.3 Billing month means your subscription cycle (e.g., monthly renewal period). Invoice allowances do not roll over unless explicitly stated in-app.
4) Storage model and backups
4.1 Local-first. On Free and Basic, invoice data is stored primarily on your device.
4.2 Pro backup/sync. On Pro, you can enable backup/sync to restore your data or use the App across devices.
4.3 End-to-End (Zero-Knowledge) encryption. Invoice content is protected with end-to-end encryption designed so that AzyDev does not hold the decryption keys required to read your invoice content, including when stored as part of Pro backup/sync.
4.4 You remain responsible for backups. Even with sync, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and protecting your devices. Sync services can be interrupted by outages, device issues, third-party changes, user error, or account issues.
5) Subscriptions, purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds
5.1 Subscriptions are purchased and billed through your app marketplace account, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your full payment card details.
5.2 RevenueCat. We use RevenueCat to manage subscription status and entitlements (e.g., unlocking Basic/Pro features), including validating purchases and supporting restore flows. RevenueCat describes its role under GDPR as a processor when handling end-user personal data on behalf of developers.
5.3 Subscriptions may auto-renew unless cancelled in your marketplace account before renewal (store rules apply).
5.4 Refunds are governed by the marketplace’s refund policies and applicable law.
5.5 We may suspend or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is fraud, repeated refund abuse, entitlement manipulation, or attempts to bypass subscription checks or Plan limits.
6) Your responsibilities (invoices, content, and compliance)
6.1 You are solely responsible for:
the accuracy and completeness of invoice information you create,
ensuring invoices meet your legal/tax requirements,
the goods/services you invoice for,
and your relationships with clients/customers.
6.2 You must ensure you have the legal right to include any personal data in invoices (e.g., customer names/addresses) and to share that data with recipients.
6.3 You are responsible for checking invoices before sending and for ensuring they are sent to the correct recipients.
7) Sharing invoices
7.1 The App may allow you to share invoices via email, text, messaging apps, or social platforms using your device’s share functionality.
7.2 Sharing is initiated by you. We are not responsible for third-party services you use to send invoices, delivery failures, misdirected messages, or the consequences of sending an invoice to the wrong recipient.
8) Prohibited use and security
You must not (and must not attempt to):
use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity;
upload, transmit, or store malware or harmful code;
interfere with, disrupt, or overload the App or related systems;
probe, scan, test, or attempt to breach security or authentication;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code except where permitted by law;
bypass paywalls, subscription checks, invoice limits, or entitlement logic (including by manipulating receipts, device identifiers, local storage, restore flows, or system time);
infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
We may investigate suspicious activity and take protective measures, including rate-limiting, suspending features, or terminating accounts.
9) Intellectual property
9.1 The App, its software, branding, and design are owned by AzyDev or its licensors.
9.2 We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your personal/business invoicing purposes, subject to these Terms.
9.3 You own your invoice content. You grant us only the limited rights necessary to operate the App and provide the features you enable (such as Pro backup/sync).
10) Availability and changes
10.1 The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10.2 We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App, including features and Plans, for security, compliance, performance, or operational reasons.
11) Suspension and termination
11.1 We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we reasonably believe you breached these Terms, attempted circumvention, or created security/legal risk.
11.2 You may stop using the App at any time. If you cancel a subscription, access to paid features typically continues until the end of the current billing period (store rules apply).
12) Disclaimers
12.1 We do not guarantee that invoices you create will be accepted by any customer, organisation, bank, platform, or tax authority.
12.2 We are not responsible for losses arising from your invoicing decisions, business practices, or compliance obligations.
13) Limitation of liability
13.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:
death or personal injury caused by negligence,
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,
or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13.2 Subject to 13.1, to the maximum extent permitted by law, AzyDev’s total liability for claims arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the greater of:
the total subscription fees paid for the App in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or

13.3 Subject to 13.1, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, goodwill, opportunity, or loss/corruption of data.
13.4 We are not responsible for outages, failures, or changes in third-party services (including marketplaces, cloud services, or sharing platforms).
14) Indemnity (business users)
If you use the App for business purposes, you agree to indemnify AzyDev against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
your invoices/content,
your breach of these Terms,
your misuse of the App,
your violation of law or third-party rights.

16) Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive authority, except where mandatory consumer rights require otherwise.
